How to get corrections from an NTRIP service with Reach RS2+

If you have a single Reach RS2+ and want to collect a centimeter-accurate position in real time, you can get corrections from an NTRIP service. To do so, perform the following:

  1. Connect Reach RS2+ to the internet.
  2. Configure Reach RS2+ as a rover.
  3. Provide Reach RS2+ with a clear sky view.

You can find more details on each step in the Working with NTRIP service guide.

And here you go! By the way, you can find what else is worth checking from the NTRIP service’s side in one of our previous tips.

P.S. Our last post covered the process of connecting Reach RS2+ to the internet via a Wi-Fi network. If you missed it, here is a link to catch up :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi Everyone,

I also wanted to share a guide for US users on subscribing to different NTRIP networks and where to find credentials and mount points. We are putting these up State-by-State, starting with the free services. Hope it might help.

Hi Joe,
