Do you mean you want to use it as a point to place your local base? If so, yep, you can.

The RMS values look good. There are several other factors that can affect your results. We have them collected in this post. I suggest you walk through them to ensure proper configuration.

As @julia.shestakova mentioned, the collected point looks good. Generally, I’d recommend collecting points with a longer average time of 10-20 seconds and keeping a short baseline.
There are just a few more things I’d pay attention to. I’ve noticed that your antenna height is just 0.268. Please make sure you set it correctly. Usually, you need to enter just the survey pole height. The phase center offset is considered automatically in the app.
Another factor to check is the datum. Ensure that your NTRIP service sends position is in the datum specified in your Emlid Flow project (in your case, DGN95).
After you ensured everything is correct, you can use this solution for the base station. We have a post that can help you use a point from the project for it here.
