I’ve had my Emlid GPS tracker for awhile now and I’m really struggling with some of the outputs and the accuracy doesn’t seem right. Is there anyone in the UK - I’m East Midlands based - that could help and preferably train or spend some time with me face to face?

Did you purchase a receiver from the dealer? If yes, you can check with them if they provide additional support on-site.
Can you also elaborate on your issue? What is your setup? Which receiver do you use? We will look into it.
Hi sorry, I’ve been a bit busy so only just replying. Thanks for your message. I bought the units second hand from ebay, so I didn’t get a receiver. Again I’m a real newbie at this, so I just followed the instructions on setting up the base and remote sensors. I’ve downloaded the software on my phone and I’m now using the right height above sea level for my area (I think!), but when I take a reading and go away from site, the next day the reading is completely different at the same spot! I’ve compared my readings to a more expensive kit and I can be out by up to 2m compared to it?! That’s why I’d love someone to sit down with me and see what’s going on and helping! Sorry for being useless! Lol

We’ve all been there, so don’t apologize! You have to start somewhere. I would like to offer you our written guidelines for your case.
We have support tip on possible reasons for coordinate mismatch. You can check it out and see if the steps from it will help you. We have a support tip on transformation grids. We also have information on the coordinate system we have for the UK.
If there’s still an issue, please tell me more about your workflow, including what coordinate system you use and how you set up your base.
