I’d like to suggest a few steps that might help get your Reach M2 unit working again:
- We recommend using a USB 3.0 or a power source providing 4.75 - 5.5V for the Reach M2. Please try to use a different USB cable to connect to the M2.
- If these steps do not resolved the issue, I suggest reflashing the unit to its initial state. This will restore your Reach M2 to factory settings and erase all saved logs. You can follow the steps in this guide for instructions on how to reflash the M2.
Mine M2 also stop showing any satellites after flashing it, the flow app shows 0 satellites although the previous night with older firmware was working. So 0 satellites ang green led on that mean no errors. I asked for older firmware to check it. They first reply was to buy new unit…

We test all hardware before release, which is why we generally don’t recommend downgrading the firmware. After receiving your report, we tried to replicate the issue but were unable to recreate it.
