My M2 recently stopped connecting to the Internet via iOS hotspot after upgrading iOS to 18.1 and upgrading the M2 from 32 to 32.2

Thanks for sharing the details. Since the firmware version 32.2 doesn’t include changes that could affect Wi-Fi connectivity, the issue might be related to the iOS hotspot settings. Let’s check a few things:

  • At what step does the issue occur? Does the M2 connect to the hotspot, or does the network LED indicate the hotspot mode?
  • On your iPhone, please enable the Maximize Compatibility toggle for the hotspot.
  • Have you tested connecting the M2 to another Wi-Fi network?
