UTC to Gprst

How did UTC time change to GPST since my Excel is in UTC?

Huh? Looks like all UTC to me? Where is this GPST???

rechview gives the time in UTC not in GPST and when using RTKLIB the time to mark the intervals is in GPST. and it differs in several seconds

Is this the difference of the satellite’s superior ATOMIC clock and the normal UTC clock?

They are both right. UTC differs from GPST with 18 seconds.
Its almost link London vs New York time, you use the one you need, right?

UTC + 18 seg = GPST
GPST - 18 seg = UTC
