The internal modem does not recognize the sim

Good morning,

I use Reach RS 2 in Italy. I tried to use 3 different Italian sims to connect to the internet but when I turn on the machine the modem does not recognize them. I do not understand if it is a compatibility problem or the modem is defective. Can someone help me ? The sims have 2G, 3G, 4G compatibility and are Tim, Iliad and Tre.

Hi Francesco,

According to the report, it looks like there is no SIM card inserted at all. Could you please share a photo of SIM card in the slot so we can make sure it’s inserted correctly?

Have you seen our video guide explaining how to set up the SIM card?

I updated the shared folder and added the required photos; unfortunately the modem does not read the sims cards (Tim, Iliad, Tre)

I have not yet received a reply regarding my modem problem. I kindly ask you for some news. The problem occurred from the first moment I opened the box, can we possibly replace the machine?
