Curious, where did you get those exact Antenna Phase Center measurements? More particularly the L2?

TSC3 with Carlson SurvCE

Go to settings, position streaming 1, select NEMA output string [IMG_8518] [IMG_8519] Go to equipment and select GPS Rover. [IMG_8520] On coms select Bluetooth, windows mobile, and select tool icon [IMG_8522] Pair Device, set pin (123456) ect. [IMG_8523] Select Receiver Tab and select icon next to Antenna Type, select user defined, name eml-reachrs2 (or whatever) enter offsets [IMG_8524] Hit the connect button at the top of the screen(looks like a plug with a gps left of green check…
