RS2 mobile data couldn't ON

I’m newly trying to use simcard on RS2 for NTRIP caster service.

I have inserted simcard on RS2 simcard slot and tured on Reach view 3 app showing mobile signal but when Im trying to turn on mobile data it’s not turn on .

I have entered all information provided by the cellular service provider
As follows
APN
AUTHENTICATION TYPE
USER NAME
PASSWORD

But till it’s not connecting to network and doesn’t give any error message .
