Recently having some issues with a new unit in connecting Bluetooth to PC. First try I receive two Reach-Rover options and listed Incoming & Outgoing COM port. From there, my external program will not work (it does if I go through the TCP server option). I have gone through the steps as described by Steve M on this post Windows Bluetooth Connection - Reach RS+, but I can’t get it to build any Incoming/Outgoing COM port’s. Is this a Windows 10 issue? Has anyone determined a solution?

Is the Firmware Flash Tool installed on this PC? It installs all necessary drivers for Reach devices.
Can you tell me more about your workflow and setup? What program are you using? What would you like to archive in the end?
