The Reach RS2 recently changed its file format from .OBS and .NAV for RINEX 3.03 to .21O .21B .21P
How do we make the RS2 save the obs and nav file format again? or the other RINEX standard .21O .21N .21G .21l?
Does anyone have documentation about the .21B .21P?

You can use the raw data log recorded in UBX format to convert it to .obs and .nav files via the RTKConv app.
.21B is an SBAS broadcast data file. .21P is a mixed GNSS navigation message file. You can find out more information about the RINEX formats in its official documentation like this one.
