Arducopter 3.6.2 is available in the http://firmware.ardupilot.org/Copter/stable/navio2/ directory.
I updated it https://community.emlid.com/t/navio2-arducopter-upgrade/10743
I had a fly with it this morning on my OctoQuadX.https://community.emlid.com/t/octaquadx-navio2/10807
As I have BLHeli OneShot125 compatible ESC, I activated oneshot125 in arducopter settings.
I expect to have a longer flight later today and have more feedback to report.

Marc please, i did the update through your instructions but i am not getting the RC input on radio calibration page, i have had the same issue when EMLID made available FW 3.5.5, could be something related with the image not working with the new FW?
My setup:
Navio+
Raspberry 3B
Hexacopter
Horus X10S
R9M
R9 slim+
This setup was working before update to 3.6.2.
I would appreciate some help.
Thanks.

Hello,
Could be or not?
If you had the problem with Emlid img 3.5.5, it could be RCIO related.
Could you when connected to Navio via SSH, send this command:
pi@navio:~ $ emlidtool info
Vendor: Emlid Limited
Product: Navio 2
Issue: Emlid 2018-06-05 831f3b08594f2da17dccae980a2e3659115ef71f
Kernel: 4.14.34-emlid-v7+
RCIO firmware: 0xb09979ae
If you have RCIO firmware: 0x0
Run
pi@navio:~ $ emlidtool rcio check
My Upgrade history:
I worked with 20180525 image, I updated the img with
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
When doing that today, you also get the latest 3.5.7 arducopter version.
There is also a new RCIO in that copy. You should have updated it, maybe not, so do the check.

I need to mention, RCIO update does not apply to Navio+, I dont know much about it. But anyway, i appreciate your help. If you think anything else please let me know, maybe EMLID will join in the conversation! 3.6.2 is been really good.
Hi @dsmoura ,
Sorry for the late response.
Thanks for the request!
As soon as we finish new version tests, it’ll be available to update.
Andrew.
