multi-operator M2m chip

I have a question about RS2. I put a TIM chip in it when I bought it, but now I bought a multi-operator M2m Chip and I would like to know if this chip will be compatible with RS2.

Tenho uma dúvida sobre o RS2. Coloquei um chip TIM quando comprei, mas agora comprei um chip M2m multioperador e gostaria de saber se esse chip será compatível com o RS2.

Hi Bernardo,

Welcome to the community!

Reach RS2 supports 2G and 3G connections, so if the SIM Card supports these connections, it should be good. Additionally, for multi-operators’ SIM cards, you may need to restrict it to 1 provider.

If I understand correctly, you are from Brazil. There will be a plan to shutting down the 2G/3G connection. As an alternative, you can use a Bluetooth connection. In iPhone, you can turn on the Bluetooth setting and connect to Reach with the Bluetooth icon, as below:

In Android, you will need to tap on the profile icon in the bottom right corner really fast, about 10 times, to activate the toggle.
