Just wanted to tell you that we fixed the modem behavior in the latest Reach Firmware 26.2. Now there should be no random mobile data failure. You can find all fixes in this community post.
Please update the receiver to the 26.2 firmware version to check if the update works correctly for you. Let me know the results.
