I have 3 questions

  1. when entering base coordinates in LLH there is no negative key for the longitude. when the base is set to estiimate its coordinates then it showes a negative value which is correct but why can’t i enter a negative value when trying to enter a known coordinate for the base.
  2. reach view says that an update is available and shows that i have an old version even though i have done the update over and over.
  3. antennea offset, d i use 134mm for both L1 and the L2, L5 or keep L1 at 0mm??

Hi @leebodces,

when entering base coordinates in LLH there is no negative key for the longitude. when the base is set to estiimate its coordinates then it showes a negative value which is correct but why can’t i enter a negative value when trying to enter a known coordinate for the base.

What smartphone model do you use? Could you please check if the same issue persists in the browser version of ReachView?

reach view says that an update is available and shows that i have an old version even though i have done the update over and over.

What software version is installed on Reach RS2? Were updates successful, without errors?

antennea offset, d i use 134mm for both L1 and the L2, L5 or keep L1 at 0mm??

You can use 134mm offset for both L1 and L2 antennas.
