M2 suddenly turned off and will not turn on

The problem arose when I wanted to start working with my equipment, previously I had already acquired another module “M2” this time in conjunction with antenna and radio Lora I put it together with 3D printing to assemble an antenna and use it as GNSS equipment.
I had not had any problems so I decided to acquire another one and use it for the same purpose.
The module that I acquired worked normally since its purchase until the day of the failure, it was always used as a base and for periods of work between 1 and 2 continuous hours, I switched to my rover to verify the reception of corrections and to start working and everything was ok, there were corrections and fixed solution.
I moved to the point of interest to measure and it was no longer receiving corrections, I went to verify and it was no longer on, I made several attempts and it was not possible to turn it back on.
It was always connected to a power bank of the brand Ulanzi model BG-3, with the cable included in the purchase and in good weather conditions, the device was placed under the shade and at no time was hit.

You can search the forum, but seems everything comes to a dead end with leaving email communication with Emlid and not seeing what resolved the issue.

Did you recently update the firmware? I am also reluctant to update.

There is a small button on the side used when reflashing the firmware that may hopefully work for you. Get a head start and email support@emlid.com

Please let us know what happens in the end. Thank you!

Hi Carlos,

Once your M2 is connected to the power source, do you see any LED reaction? If so, as @timd1971 suggested, could you please try reflashing the device and see if it helps? Just a heads-up: this will erase all the logs and reset the device to its initial state.

I’ve also sent a private message, as some sensitive information may be needed for further troubleshooting.
