Hi, @olesia.riman …
I also have the same problem…
when I trying download file just about 19 mb… more than 5 minutes…
Hi Juos,
Welcome to the forum!
Can you try downloading logs with another internet connection? For example, try connecting M2 to any Wi-Fi network.
we are already trying to connect with another network …
but still sloww…
by the way…, how about analysis from our system report…?
Hi Jous,
If it is really important for you, you can try to extract logs with a phyton script, just follow this tutorial: Project Automate Reach Log Download
Juos,
I’ve checked your full system report with our development team, and we haven’t found anything unusual. Can you connect to Wi-Fi, try downloading the log again, and generate another report? Since it contains sensitive data, you can also send it to support@emlid.com. It will contain some different data than the one you shared previously.
As a workaround, you can use the project suggested above.
@olesia.riman ,
I’m trying to use another way for this problem.
I used a mobile phone charger to turn on Emlid, and… everything is normal…
thank’s all, for your support…
