Lora radio not working

I am using Reach RS+ as base and Reach M+ with lora radio as rover. Today, when I opened ReachView, it said Lora radio was not connected. Then I check the Lora device, none of the two lights were on. Is the device bad or some connection issue? How can I figure out?

I want to leave an update here: we’ve already sorted it out in the direct email. The issue was with the faulty cable connecting the LoRa module with Reach M+.
