You can use USB to create a SFTP connection with Reach. If you have a Linux box, just follow this old doc. If you have a Windows machine, you will need to flash your Reach from Windows first, then use the steps described in the doc to create a SFTP connection.
For SFTP, you can use something like FileZilla or WinSCP.
