Hi tjulie,
Welcome back to the forum.
Did you receive coordinates for established control points as well as coords for proposed layout?
It sounds like the help you need is more than with conversion.

i include what i got from the engineer in the pdf about the lay out
but just in case i missed something hear is the complete
22117 Final Civils.pdf (6.3 MB)
file
thanks

I am trying to figure out how to layout this out with RS+

Did you receive a CAD file or just the PDF?

Juast a pdf
I didn’t think I would have a way to open a cad file
I was hoping i could just put the points in the gps

Hi,

You’ve mentioned that you have the CSV file of this project. If so, you need to add points of interest for a layout to this file with the following attributes: Name, Easting, Northing, Elevation. I’m not sure whether it’s possible to derive coordinates from the PDF file, so you likely need to ask the engineer for CAD data.

This coordinate system is supported in Emlid Flow, so you need to create the project in it and import the CSV file there. This guide may be of help.

I missed that you have a csv file, post that file and I’m sure we can help you out.

I do not have a cvs file but i will see about getting a cad file for it

Ii just got a cad file from the engineer
But i cant post it here it is a DWG format

Hi @tjulie926,

You need to delete all objects except points of interest in this DWG file, convert or resave it into the DXF format, and import this file to Emlid Flow.

What is your specific responsibility on the project?
Are you a Surveyor?

It would be much easier to just ask for a CSV file from the engineer with the point locations.
