I just wanted to let you know that we have released a new stable v2.24.2 firmware version for Reach receivers. In this update, we have improved the stability of mobile data. It should help to make the connection to the hotspot when the SIM is inserted more steady.
It’d be great if you could update your receiver and check how it works for you. To update, you can press the update notification in the Status Tab.
