Zoom doesn't work in the survey tool after updating to v2.16.2

Another flaw that version 2.16.2 has is in the survey window. Zoom does not work, of 10 points I had I could only see two and the base.
The scale bar shows a ridiculous distance, 5000km.

Does the issue appear with only one Survey Project?
Could you please send me this Survey Project?
