XYZ coordinates format

Hi all!
Does anyone know the projection format of the XYZ coordinates?
I’m trying to plot my recorded data (with ReefMaster software) but i can’t get the points on the rigth place.
I’m pretty sure that it’s a wrong projection option config, but i can’t get much informations about wich option i have to choose, because i don’t know wich type of XYZ coord the reach output…

XYZ solution is ECEF.

In fine it wasn’t a config issue: ReefMaster don’t allow XYZ cartesian coord innput, so i convert it in LLA WGS84 to use it in ReefMaster
I suppose that NMEA output is in WGS84?
