So, Xiaomi just announced their Mi8 which has L1/L5 GPS. Sounds like an exciting time for GNSS consumer devices. Any gurus here have an idea how well this works under tree canopy?
Some time back, Broadcom announced the Dual Freq L1 L5 GPS chip BCM 47755 and claimed decimetre accuracy, I don’t suppose that is accuracy from L1/L5 RTK? But I’m not too sure though.
