WMS (Mapbox) Not Updating

When using WMS from Mapbox, the links/memory of old information seems to persist.

Use WMS link for map with Update Date 1
Update the map, title, layers, etc. and publish, get new WMS link for Date 2

Despite clearing cache, refreshing, etc, Emlid map layer (add) still remembers Date 1, when all other resources (Mapbox, Esri, Web viewer, etc. recognize the update.)

Ideas?

Could you share the WMS link with me? I’d like to recreate the issue on my end and investigate what’s going wrong.
