We are trying to connect our REACH RS to a Windows XP (32 bit) computer via a usb cable, but in the device manager the unit shows up in “other devices” as the following: CDC ECM, CDC Serial, Network Controller and PCI Device.

Are there any drivers available (for Windows XP) to assign the unit to a COM port?

Did you try the Zadig tool yet?
