Why is ARP message (code 1006) always at lower rate

Hello,

My question is quite simple. Why is it that in recommended parameters for base corrections, ARP station coordinates RTCM3 messages are always set at a lower update rate (0.1 Hz)?

Thank you,

1005 & 1005 contains the location of the Antenna Reference Point (or the center of the base coordinates).
They don’t change unless you are running VRS. So, no need to send them every second.

I’m guessing you meant 1006 & 1005

Hi Anne-Marie,

You’re right – for your Reach RS2, it’s the 1006 message. As for the reason why we recommend keeping it at 0.1 Hz, don’t have much to add to Christian’s words
