I’ve got an original Navio board and am in the process of building a rover. What are the differences between the original board and the new Navio+. It wasn’t that long ago that we received our original boards I’m wondering now if I should have waited.

As Raspberry Pi got an update we wanted Navio to be fully compatible with new B+ and A+. This is the main reason behind Navio+. Navio+ has just been announced and shipping starts on 5th February, so your decision to get the board was absolutely right. Old Navio will be fully supported in drivers and APM as they are compatible with the new one.
Soon we will post an update highlighting new features on Navio+.
