I’m trying to use my Reach RS2 as a single rover, no NTRIP or corrections needed. I’m simpling staking out boring locations and shooting in a few ground control points, and I don’t need to be super accurate. The receiver was working fine, but now it’s stuck on “Waiting for Fix” when I try to collect point data, so it won’t let me collect points. Does anyone know what settings I need to select to get the receiver out of this mode?

When in the project view, with the map, you click on the blue “plus” sign to record a point. Here, a gear icon appears just above the Measure button, on the left of the screen. Click on it and make sure the “Fix only” setting is unchecked.

I agree with Florian’s point. If the FIX only option is enabled under Survey settings, the app won’t let you collect any data with a SINGLE solution.
So, let’s disable it, and you should be able to collect the control points afterwards.
