Using the Navio2 to output a relay signal

I’ve been trying to output a relay signal to control a solenoid valve using Navio2.
I was able to use the Pixhawk to do this on the Aux pins but Navio2 seems to only have PWM pins and I’m having trouble with outputting that signal using the Navio2. Anyone have any ideas?

The uart (IO17 and 18) should be free to use.
