HOW MANY USERS CAN BE CONNECTED AT THE SAME TIME IN AN EMLID FLOW ACCOUNT

You can use the same account for up to two mobile devices, and the system will sync the data. However, please do not work on the same project on multiple devices, as we cannot guarantee proper synchronization.
The teamwork feature is on our roadmap and will ease the workflow of our users who want to survey simultaneously on the same project.
Edit: The same account can only be used on 2 mobile devices and 1 PC. Sorry for misleading info!
I wanted to let you know that we’re currently researching this topic, and we haven’t finalized how the feature will be implemented just yet. Once we have any updates, we’ll be sure to share them with you.
Emlid Flow Survey is a subscription tied to a particular user’s account. This is designed so that you can switch between several mobile devices with ease without transferring the license from one to another. It does not allow multiple users to access the same account simultaneously. For that, you will need separate accounts with individual subscriptions. Even when technically possible, it is against our policy.
The number of rovers or bases that you can work with is not limited in any way.
Have there been any updates on this topic? I have 6 Crews running and would like to be able to manage them under one admin account with users under that and pay per user. It would also be nice to consolidate the software payments to 1 invoice for all of the accounts.
I see you’re looking to manage all your Crews under one account. Right now, this feature isn’t available, but I totally get how helpful it would be. We’re looking into possible solutions for future updates, and I’ll keep you posted on any news!
Is there a way to invoice multiple accounts into one payment form? What about using general email accounts instead of named accounts that are needed per your terms?
