Can we upgrade to the latest image using “sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade” command or we need to download the image and re-do all the configuration again?

Sorry, it seems I mixed things up a bit. If you want to update the device to the latest version, you need to reflash the SD card using this guide. It’s because we upgraded from Stretch release to Buster on this version.
