Updated ReachView v2.17.5 dev release and now will not turn on

Just updated my RS with ReachView v2.17.5 dev release and now the units will not turn on! I have two units doing exactly the same thing.

Can I ask you to specify if you’ve got RS or RS+ units?

I have two Reach RS with the Edison not the RS+

I assumed you tried holding the power buttons down for 30 seconds? And if so, can you connect to a PC (i.e. Windows) via USB and see if they power up to reflash them back to STABLE version?

maybe have to try a different power charging block cable etc for a bit…but if they worked just fine charging before the update, then probably no need to.
