Hi,

I was wondering what serial port is the UBLOX onboard GPS is currently connected to and if I could use the cat command to directly see its output.

It’s /dev/ttyUBLOX and no, you don’t have permission to access that port. And root access is not possible.

Hi @CNavio2,

You can get the readings from the GNSS chip using the Python or C++ script.

Thanks, did this already and it was a good way to verify gps was functioning
