Troubleshoot GNSS receiver problems

I’m having trouble getting a consistent fix on my GNSS receiver. I’ve checked for signal obstructions and updated the firmware, but the issue persists. What other steps can I take to troubleshoot this problem and improve the performance of my receiver? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @kiakranthi,

It’s a bit hard for me to say how to troubleshoot the issue further without the additional information. Please provide the answers to the following questions so I could help you:

  • What receivers are you using?
  • How do you configure the RTK link between them (LoRa, NTRIP, etc.)?
  • What are the environmental conditions that you work in?
