Traditional Heli with Navio2 Mission Planner setup

Hello all,
Does anyone have experience with Traditional Heli setup using Mission Planner with Navio2? Any tutorial I can refer to?

Also for the hardware setup, do I need separate power to power those collective servos. Or Navio can handle the power directly. I read the documentation I do need a separate but that’s for multirotor with BEC.

Hi Billy,

It is possible to build helicopter with a Navio2. You can refer to the official ArduPilot’s guide and our Navio2 hardware setup in the documentation section.

To control your motors you will need an additional power supply because the autopilot module cannot provide enough power itself. This requirement is the same for every copter build.
