Depending on your epoch collection speed, you will see some delay. Usually not more than 1 second at worst.

The update rate is responsible for how frequently the receiver calculates and reports its position. Reach supports update rates from 1 to 14 Hz. For example, if you choose the 5 Hz rate, you will see a new reported position 5 times a second.
The delay due to the signal transmission itself is quite small. The Wi-Fi signal quality and the mobile device model can influence the delay, but I can hardly provide you with the instructions of how the precise variation can be measured.
