Can someone please advice? I have a student collecting data abroad and has an issue saving the survey point. The base and rover up, they are talking to each other and the rover has an RTK fix. She has created a new survey project but when she tries to record a point, the point is not saved. The survey cycles through point IDs, so will go from 1 to 2 etc. but nothing is actually saved!
Thanks for reporting! This behavior seems unusual. Could you tell us if you are using iOS or Android, and if the app is in it’s latest version (v9.2.1)? Could you also send us a screen recording while collecting points with Emlid Flow? I’d like to investigate and see if this could be a bug.
