Has anyone worked through the warranty support though Emlid? One of the units that I just bought is not turning on and their support appears to be slow and run more like a hobby than a business. One day I get an email to send the serial number, another day I get an email to try something and so on. At the rate they go, my two day project that I bought these for will take a couple of months and the warranty will expire before I get anywhere.
The response time of our support is usually within 24 hours.
