Support for Lat Lon DMS

As a user I need both Position display and Survey Export to support the following:

  • WGS84 Latitude and Longitude in Degrees Minutes Seconds (DMS).

example:
40° 53' 0.294'' N 122° 22' 59.9736'' W

Thanks for the request!
We have plans on adding this in the future, however, there’s no ETA.
