Sudo apt-get update faling

emlid-raspbian-20160718 on raspberry pi 3

What I did:

pi@navio:~ $ sudo apt-get update

What I got:

Same results/error as well.

This appears to be the same/related issue noted here, and closed, yet still showing the same symptoms.
