Hi,
I don’t seem to be able to find a way to calibrate the internal compass on the Navio2.
I’m using Mission planner 1.3.5 and my Navio is running debian Stretch with ArduRover 3.2
There seems to be no live calibration options. When I attempt to do an Onboard Mag calibration … nothing happens when I click start
Cheers

Hi Koby,
Yes I’ve seen the link previously. The problem I am having is that when I click on the start button for Onboard Mag calibration …nothing happens.
Also I noticed that the live Mag calibration option is not available.
You can try “Use compass #1 ” and repeat.
Could you please try again in QGroundControl? Live calibration has been deprecated for a while in favor of onboard calibration.

I tried it in QGRoundControl and it appears to work! Thank you.
Just wondering which GRound station is the recommended choice?
I’ve always been under the impression that Mission planner is the most comprehensive and up-to-date
