Would it be difficult for Emlid to make this an option?
The IP address is stopping me from easily being able to connect to a controlled network and obtaining corrections from an existing base.
The best practice for static IP is to have the DHCP server always assigned the same IP based on the MAC-address. This approach eliminates the potential for IP-conflicts.

I believe that Christain’s suggestion is the only possible way to assign a static IP to the Reach RS+.
Have you considered receiving the corrections from an existing base via the NTRIP?
