hello I am a beginner and want to make an autonomous boat
I have a matek F765wse flight controller
AR8020T receiver DX8E transmitter and these are bound
But the flight controller is not responding to the receiver
can anyone help me how to do this

I’d be happy to help, but can you please specify whether you have the Navio2 device? 
We don’t support Matek Flight Controller, so I’m pretty limited in what I can suggest to you here. If it works with ArduPilot firmware, you can reach out to the users on the ArduPilot forum.
