Sporadic issues connecting to RS3

I have had sporadic issues connecting to my RS3 i had to use an external hotspot and had to turn off mobile data on my phone to get it to connect properly. I couldnt get a dix without doing this. It is an issue

Do I understand correctly that you tried to connect to your Reach RS3 using its own hotspot, but it wasn’t successful? If so, can you please elaborate on your experience and workflow in more detail?

If you’re using an Android phone, mobile data and battery optimization are required to be turned off when connecting to Reach’s hotspot.
