As far as I can tell, the ublox and imu are connected to spi0 on the pi. The spi port on navio+, are those for spi0 as well?
If so, are the pins for spi1 available for use? And is the schematics for navio available somewhere?

You are right, u-blox, imu and spi connector all share spi0 bus. It is fairly loaded when using APM so I wouldn’t suggest plugging any accessories in it. We do not use pins of spi1, as this is undocumented and is not included in HAT standard, this way we can guarantee compatibility with future hardware updates. Pinout of connectors is written on the bottom of the board, and for sensors wiring you can refer to connection map for Navio.
