[SOLVED] Reach RS2 connected via hotspot, but does not display in app

I have connected to the RS2 via my phones hotspot, but it does not come up on the app. When I go onto in my browser, it states that Test 1,2 and 6 are all good. Next I must connect to a WiFi, but when I try to do this, I have no luck.

The current status of the LEDs are in the loading configuration, with the hotspot and wifi lights not illuminated.
