Sim koodo no connecting

I have a problem with my Internet connection using a Koodo SIM card (Quebec, Canada). The connection worked only for 2.2 MB and then I was unable to reconnect to the LTE network. My APN is supposed to be correct according to Koodo. In the RS2+ setup, in the APN section, I am asked for a username and password. Does anyone have a possible solution to suggest?

Koodo didn’t work for me in the past. I switched to Fizz and it works perfectly after I set the SIM card up in my phone. Plus I can share data from my phone plan to the SIM I use in the receiver. I use the cheapest plan they have with data only.

Hi Eric, welcome to the community!

The information about the username and password is from the internet provider. There is the possibility that the provider does not support Reach. However, from us, we didn’t restrict any internet network.
