Servo pins not receiving enough voltage

Hello all, I am using a Navio2 with 4s Lipo battery pack. The battery is connected using the power module and the motors/escs work fine. Recently, I put a servo on pin 6 and it wasn’t working. So I checked the voltage on the servo pins using a multimeter and I was receiving voltage within the range of 1.2-1.4 V on pins 1-5. Pins 6-14 had 0V. This did explain why the servo won’t power up but I noticed that this was odd since motors also required a voltage of 5V.
I have been going through BECs as well, I am not sure how I am going to connect it since I draw power from the battery using the power module.
I am a newbie so any kind of help would be highly appreciated,
Thank you

Hello,

First, read the documentation twice: DO NOT USE pin 5,6,7,8 for servos…

Two, read another time the documentation and use a Bec on the servo rail to power them…

Hey Mark,
I tried the servo on the 9-14 pins, it didnt work probably because I havent used a BEC yet.
Could you send me a link to which BEC i should buy.
Also where does the bec connect to? the battery or the servo rail and what function does it provide?
