I have connected a secondary GPS to the Navio2 via USB.
How can I log raw data from the GPS for post-processing?

Could you clarify which secondary GPS module you have connected to the Navio2?

It’s a ZED-F9P ublox module

I’m afraid we can hardly be of much help in questions regarding 3rd-party equipment configuration. I’d suggest reaching out to the manufacturer’s support with this question.

Also, maybe someone from our users who’s experienced with it can advise something.
